Shop Info & Help

1. Why do I have to register?
You need to enter a valid eMail address and a password of your choice, so that the shop can identify you and provide you with the ordered clips.

2. Is my credit card data safe?
Yes! The whole page is SSL encrypted, so no one can intercept your data you enter here. Plus I do not store any credit card numbers on my server. The data will be handled by Secupay, a large and well known german payment provider.

3. I have not received any download link?!
The shop sends an eMail to you automatically after registration and after any order you have made. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive any mail at all.
But even if you didn't get the mails, you can still download your clips. Visit the MY ACCOUNT page, there you'll find every order you have made.

4. I made a payment, but I can't download!
Please note: Sometimes it takes up to 3-5 minutes for the Credit Card verification. Please check the MY ACCOUNT page again after that time.

5. I can't open the clips on my iPhone?!
All clips are packed in .zip archives. Your phone or tablet needs an app to open the archive properly. For Android you can use 'WinRAR', which you can download for free at Google Play Store. If you use an Apple iOS device, you can use the app 'Documents' from the iTunes App Store.

6. I can't download - can I get the clips on DVD?
Yes, I'll send your ordered clips to your destination worldwide for free, if you have entered a proper postal address and if the order value exceeds €20. Please send me a short message with your order number then.
